Lennar will be building 86 single family homes in one of the final sections within the Grande Dunes master planned community – Islewater at Grande Dunes. The new home community of Islecrest at Grande Dunes, being developed on an approximate 28 acre parcel of land, will have one of the premier locations in all of Grande Dunes, with numerous homesites directly along the Intracoastal Waterway. Given the proximity to the Grande Dunes Marina, this section of the master planned community of Grande Dunes is also being referred to as “Marina Village”.
While Lennar has not yet formally announced Islewater at Grande Dunes, site development is well underway and the 86-home luxury community is expected to be introduced later in 2026 as one of the final residential phases within the Grande Dunes master-planned community.
The Islewater at Grande Dunes community has direct access to the newly completed walkway along the Intracoastal Waterway that extends all the way to the Grande Dunes Marina. This newly constructed walkway offers a scenic escape where residents and visitors can enjoy peaceful strolls, watch the water shimmer in the sunlight, and take in the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. Meandering along the waterfront, the path creates a serene place to relax, exercise, or simply unwind while immersed in the tranquil charm of the Intracoastal.
